3a. Telephone Communication & Number Masking

- Call routing: Your number is shared with our telecom service provider solely to route the call. It is not disclosed to the advisor directly.
- Call recording: Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes. Recordings are stored securely for up to 90 days unless required longer for legal reasons.
- DND override: By providing your number and submitting an enquiry, you provide explicit consent to be contacted even if registered on the TRAI DND list.
