Homeka is a consumer-centric real estate platform founded by IIT Delhi alumni, designed to simplify the home-buying journey for Indian homebuyers. We provide advisory, property discovery, and home loan assistance services through RERA-certified experts.
2. Eligibility
By using our platform, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are using the platform for lawful purposes only.
3. Services Offered
Homeka provides the following services:
- Property discovery and shortlisting assistance.
- Home loan guidance and lender connections.
- Advisory services through RERA-certified real estate professionals.
- Site visit facilitation and negotiation support.
Homeka acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly sell or develop real estate properties.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or submitting forms.
- Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's services.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
5. Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date property information, Homeka does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listings, pricing, availability, or developer details provided on the platform. Users are advised to independently verify all information before making any real estate or financial decisions.
6. No Financial or Legal Advice
Content on the Homeka platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any real estate or financial decisions.
5a. Telephone Communication & Consent
By submitting your phone number on our platform, you explicitly consent to being contacted by Homeka and its representatives via:
- Phone calls (including from masked or virtual numbers)
- SMS / WhatsApp messages
- Automated or pre-recorded advisory calls
This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry under TRAI regulations. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@homeka.in.
5b. Number Masking & Virtual Numbers
Homeka uses number masking technology to protect the privacy of both users and advisors during calls. This means:
- Calls between users and advisors may be routed through a virtual/masked number — your actual phone number is not disclosed to the other party.
- Masked numbers are provided by third-party telecom service providers and are used solely to facilitate communication.
- Homeka does not store your real phone number in a way that is accessible to advisors or third parties beyond what is required for service delivery.
5c. Call Recording
Calls facilitated through the Homeka platform may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By using our calling service, you consent to such recording. Recorded calls are stored securely and are not shared with unauthorized parties. You may request deletion of call records by contacting us.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, developers, or financial institutions. Homeka is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third parties. Engagement with third parties is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Homeka platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Homeka and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, reliance on information provided, or transactions entered into with developers or lenders through our platform.
